Uttarakhand Kranti Dal describes itself as the only regional political party in the Uttarakhand Himalayas - all other parties operating in the region are merely local branches of national parties. The flag of the UKP has a broad green field toward the hoist, with a white over red area toward the fly.  The white area has a chair on it.
